The Journey
Chapter 1 ✣ Point Zero
Being able to see actual change happening is the core intention of Regeneration Lab’s journeys.
Hence, before getting started, we will connect and document where we are now so that we can evaluate our progress by the end of the course.
This overall diagnosis will cover our ecosystems & communities, all the way to our practices and our inner landscapes.
Chapter 2 ✣ Putting Regeneration into motion
“Regeneration” seems to be becoming the new buzzword in sustainability.
What does it actually mean? How does it differ from Sustainability, or Biomimicry? How to assess actual regeneration and where to start from?
This session will draw on the thorough mapping completed during the first chapter, as well as on actual use cases of Regeneration around the world, to start envisioning how this transformation would look like for your collectives and your self.
Chapter 3 ✣ Stepping into Regenerative Leadership
Use cases of regeneration around the world are living examples of what is highlighted by theories of systems change: a true shift will have to happen at the level of values and mental models in order to be radical and long lasting.
In this chapter, we look closer into the way we use our power as decision makers and builders, and what shapes our influence on the world. An experiential journey through various practices will help us identify potential roadblocks to deeper shifts, and learn how to lift them in ourselves first so that we are better skilled at stirring collectives around courage, creativity, and cooperation.
Chapitre 4 ✣ Action Plan & Next Small Steps
This journey was designed to be short, yet empower you with tools that are going to keep on unfolding their potential in the coming weeks/months.
In this session, you will be guided to put to use all the knowledge acquired in the way that fits your singular situation, and to plan on how to take it out of our bubble to transform the world around you.
